NE-4 passes through 6 states/UT: Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. It also includes the NE-4C spur connecting Bandikui to Jaipur in Rajasthan.
Is the entire Delhi–Mumbai Expressway open to traffic?+
No. As of 2026, NE-4 is partially operational. The Sohna–Dausa stretch (246 km), the entire Madhya Pradesh section (244 km), Vadodara–Bharuch, and several other sections are open. Remaining Gujarat and Maharashtra sections are expected by 2027–28.
