Why a suggestion box, not a live chat or ticketing system?
This site is maintained on a volunteer basis, without a support team, so we've deliberately kept contact simple: a pre-filled email rather than an account-based ticketing system. That also means nothing you type here is stored in a database — the form only opens your own email client with your message ready to send, and it goes to a single inbox that a person actually reads.
We can't promise a reply to every message, but corrections about outdated interchange info, a section that's opened since our last update, or a wrong toll plaza detail are exactly the kind of reports that get acted on fastest, since they're quick to verify against NHAI's public data and update. General feedback and suggestions are welcome too, even if we can't respond to each one individually.
